SHIPPING & RETURNS
Order delivery times:
The delivery times of the orders depend on the availability of the product or products that make them up and are usually served within 24 hours. Sometimes the customer has to wait, depending on the availability of the manufacturer. It will never be more than 20 days and the term will be communicated to the client at all times.
However, this availability period may be modified in the event that simultaneous orders are made for the same product or products.
If there is a new delivery period, this will be indicated to the Client as soon as possible.
Returns motivated by causes not attributable to the seller, could have a minimum charge of 30 euros for handling or transport costs when this has been paid by the seller at no cost to the buyer.
If the end of stock is definitive, the Customer will be notified so that he can choose between choosing a different product with similar characteristics and a price similar to that of the out-of-stock product, or cancel his order, returning the money paid inadvance.

delivery of orders
The delivery will be made door to door at the delivery address indicated in the shipping data of the order. The subsequent modification of this address may generate a series of expenses that will be borne by the Client.
The orders will be delivered by a transport company to the delivery address indicated by the Client and to the person who has been set as the recipient of the same.
These data will be recorded on the delivery note of the transport company, which will also indicate the number of packages in the shipment, the total weight, the order number.
At the time of delivery of the order, the Customer will be given a purchase invoice together with his order.
If the invoice is missing, the Client may request it by email to info@blackdogcoils.com, indicating the name of the invoice holder and the order number, and it will be sent to them again.
Reception of orders:
Upon receipt of your package, be sure to check the packaging for excessive damage. In that case, reject the request and contact us immediately by email at info@mundodetector.com.
If at the time of delivery it is clearly and visibly seen, without the need to manipulate the shipping packaging or the product itself, that a product has defects caused by transport damage or it is seen, in the same way, a error in the merchandise received, the Customer must record it on the delivery note and notify it within 24 hours of receiving the order in order to request a replacement for a new one.
Defects produced in transport that are only noticeable after unpacking the product must be reported within the first 24 hours of receipt of the order by email to info@mundodetector.com, indicating the damage caused to the product and urging replacement by one. new.
Right of return:
The Client is recognized the right to cancel the order within a period of fourteen business days from receipt of the order, as set forth in Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade.
Outside this period, returns of orders will not be accepted. The Client must communicate their intention to return the order by email to info@mundodetector.com within that period of fourteen calendar days. In this way, the Customer can be informed of the procedure for returning the order.
Returns that do not come with their original packaging or with signs of having been used will not be accepted.

Conditions to return an order:
The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with any accessories or gifts included. After checking the status of the product, the amount will be refunded.
Shipping costs will not be refundable, except in the case of defective products or wrong shipments.
The articles, in order to recover the full amount, must be returned in perfect condition, in their original boxes, with all the documents, labels (including the guarantee) and accessories. This means that the item cannot have any marks, scratches or stains; that there are no signs that it has been used; that the labels, packaging, case or any other part related to the product has not been modified.
The packaging of the product must be in perfect condition, without any type of breakage, scratch, scratch or deterioration of any kind.
The product to be returned will be delivered in its original packaging, packed in the same way it was delivered to the customer. The customer must bear the cost of shipping the product.
Instructions for making a return:
Follow the steps below to make a return:
- Make sure you have read our Returns Policy discussed above.
- Contact us and let us know immediately, and always within seven calendar days of receipt of the product.
- An e-mail will be sent to you with the address to which you must send the product.
- Send us the product, in its original packaging and in perfect condition, to the postal address that we indicate by mail with the return instructions. The costs of said shipment must be borne by you.
- (Pack the product in its original packaging, including the guarantee. Do not include any other things or text in the package, unless specified).
- The merchandise will be checked once in our possession to ensure that it is in perfect condition, both in terms of use and presentation (in no case will the receipt of the product serve as acceptance of the return).
- Once verified, the procedures will be carried out for the refund of the amount of the product or products (discounting the amount of the shipping costs or charges by means of payment of the original purchase).
- The refund will be made by bank transfer or by the payment method you used when placing the order. You must indicate an account to make the payment in case you paid by transfer.
- As soon as the payment has been made, a receipt will be sent to you.
Defective or damaged items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately by email at info@blackdogcoils.com. You will need to provide the name of the person who placed the order. We will also need the phone number and email address provided during the purchase process.
You must contact the Manufacturer’s Technical Service and take or send them the product so that they can check its operation.
In the event that the package has arrived with visible defects caused in transport, contact us immediately by email at info@blackdogcoils.com indicating the defects you perceive in the packaging and providing us with a photograph of it.
In compliance with the General Law for the defense of consumers and users in its article 123, Blackdog coils, sl is responsible for the lack of conformity that manifests itself within a period of two years from the delivery of the product.
